Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with HammerFlower! We carefully pack each order with thoughtful, minimal, and recyclable packaging whenever possible.

Order Processing Time

Physical orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hammerflower.art. In most cases, changes or cancellations can be made within the first 3 days, as long as the order has not shipped yet.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • International destinations

Shipping Carriers

We usually ship with Canada Post. In some cases, we may use DHL or another suitable carrier depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

International 14–40 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking

Orders shipped within Canada and the United States always include tracking.

For international orders, tracking is optional and depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. If you choose untracked shipping, please note that the package cannot be located once it has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

For orders shipped to the United States, duties are included and paid by us.

HammerFlower is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Digital Products

Digital products, including online courses, are delivered by email immediately after purchase.

No physical item is shipped for digital-only purchases. Please check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder if you do not see your access email shortly after ordering.

Delayed, Lost, or Untracked Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, HammerFlower is not responsible for postal or carrier delays.

For tracked packages, we are happy to help investigate with the carrier if your package appears delayed or lost.

For untracked international packages, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed, as these shipments cannot be tracked or located after shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may need to pay shipping again for reshipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or sent to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can offer one of the following options once the package is physically returned to us:

  • Refund the product cost only, excluding shipping fees

  • Reship the order if the customer pays the shipping cost again

Refunds cannot be issued until the returned package has been received by us.
